Commercial Compute Category Manager – Peru

About the role

The Commercial Compute Category Manager will lead the product line for compute solutions in Peru, shaping business plans and growth strategies. Working closely with marketing, sales and finance, the role ensures seamless execution of category initiatives and monitors performance against key indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the category business plan to achieve growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, finance) to execute category strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and sales performance, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with the sales force and external partners.
• Manage product line quota and oversee market analysis, marketing engagement and partnership activities with IT vendors.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4‑7 years of experience in category management, P&L responsibility or related commercial roles.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
