Customer Care Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, patient, and solution‑oriented Customer Care Representative to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate our services, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information, troubleshoot problems, and offer helpful solutions.
• Assist with account questions, orders, and general service requests.
• Handle complaints professionally and work toward effective resolutions.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑up to ensure issues are resolved.
• Identify recurring concerns and relay feedback to internal teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer care, support, or a call‑center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong empathy, patience, and a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home‑office setup.
• Professional, positive attitude and English proficiency for English‑speaking customers.
