Financial ERP Consultant – Hybrid (Peru)

About the role

This position blends technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to help clients design, implement, and support financial ERP solutions, primarily Sage and Acumatica. While prior ERP consulting experience is preferred, candidates with strong potential and enthusiasm for ERP technologies are welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through their main financial workflows.
• Implement, configure, and support Sage and Acumatica ERP systems.
• Participate in project teams and collaborate with internal and client stakeholders.
• Support project management activities and provide clear status updates.
• Train and coach client finance and operations teams.
• Lead requirements‑gathering sessions and business process reviews.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Deliver high‑quality solutions that meet client business objectives.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with mid‑market ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica) as a consultant or internal Power User.
• Strong knowledge of core accounting workflows: month‑end/year‑end closing, multi‑currency accounting, and multi‑country financial consolidation.
• Preferred: CPA/CPC designation, experience with North American clients, PMP or equivalent certification.
