Freelance Full‑Stack Web App Developer

About the role

Mindrift is seeking experienced full‑stack developers to work on the Tendem project, building interactive browser‑based applications that combine AI services with human‑driven workflows. This part‑time, remote freelance position allows you to design, develop, and ship end‑to‑end web products while collaborating with AI‑assisted agents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop front‑end interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Next.js or Vue.
• Build backend APIs with Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js (Express).
• Design data models and persistence layers using PostgreSQL, SQLite or NoSQL stores.
• Implement authentication, session handling and role‑based access controls.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and LLM services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) into product features.
• Write clean, testable code and debug issues across the full stack.
• Evaluate AI‑generated code, refactor for security, performance and maintainability.
• Create standalone Python scripts for data processing or lightweight backend utilities when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Proven ability to ship interactive web applications from concept to production.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is a plus.
