Graphic/Web Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic/Web Designer to craft modern, conversion‑focused websites and marketing assets for a digital‑marketing agency that serves dental and healthcare practices in the United States. The role blends visual design expertise with an understanding of user experience and marketing principles, working closely with developers, marketers, and account managers.

Key responsibilities

• Design responsive websites and landing pages that drive conversions and enhance user experience.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and UI designs for new builds and redesign projects.
• Produce digital marketing assets such as social media graphics, display ads, email visuals, and promotional materials.
• Develop branding elements including logos, icons, style guides, and visual identity assets.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation and maintain design consistency.
• Optimize designs for mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and conversion‑rate best practices.
• Maintain consistent branding across multiple client accounts and channels.
• Prepare organized design files and assets for development and production.
• Incorporate client feedback while meeting project deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic and web design.
• Experience working in a digital‑marketing agency, preferably serving U.S. clients.
• Familiarity with healthcare or dental niche projects is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe XD.
• Experience designing websites using WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and conversion‑focused design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to collaborate with developers.
