Inbound & Outbound Caller

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and communicative Inbound & Outbound Caller to support a boutique personal injury law firm. The role involves handling high‑volume outbound calls to insurance companies, initiating new claims, and working directly with clients to gather required documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to insurance carriers to open and initiate legal claims.
• Contact clients proactively to collect missing information and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications, follow‑ups, and claim statuses in the firm’s tracking system.
• Navigate insurance protocols efficiently to avoid delays.
• Provide professional, supportive assistance to inbound callers during the intake phase.
• Perform timely administrative follow‑ups to keep claims moving forward.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of experience in customer service, call‑center, telephonic intake, or administrative support (legal background a plus).
• Proven reliability, strong attendance, and effective time‑management.
• Comfortable making consistent outbound calls throughout the workday.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, spoken and written.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with legal case‑management platforms such as CloudLex, Filevine, or Clio.
