Installation Coordinator – Operations Project Manager

About the role

Our client, a growing playground equipment supplier and installer, is looking for an Installation Coordinator (also called Operations Coordinator) to oversee their installation projects. The role serves as the main liaison between customers and installers, ensuring smooth, timely installations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 50‑100 active installation jobs.
• Communicate with customers to explain the installation process and keep them informed.
• Coordinate with installers, providing schedules, resources, and necessary documentation.
• Schedule installations, monitor timelines, and adjust plans as needed.
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and installers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise on site.

Required profile

• Experience in construction, contractor management, or related fields.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable with change.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Familiarity with Airtable.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify.
