IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join its fully remote talent acquisition team. You will act as the bridge between Client Services, Sales, and the broader recruiting function, analyzing pre‑vetted candidate pools and staffing ongoing IT projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for open IT positions, ensuring timely placement.
• Review, filter, and prioritize candidates in the pipeline according to defined parameters.
• Write concise candidate summaries and edit resumes for optimal presentation.
• Communicate regularly with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams to align expectations.
• Manage the vetting process from the client side while optimizing time‑to‑market and revenue.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven mindset.
• Team‑first attitude with strong collaboration skills.
