Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile Developer (Advanced English)

About the role

As a Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) Mobile Developer at Tata Consultancy Services, you will design, build, and maintain high‑performance features that run seamlessly on both Android and iOS. The role focuses on extracting shared business logic into reusable Kotlin libraries while keeping the UI layers fully native using Jetpack Compose and SwiftUI.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile features that operate consistently across Android and iOS applications.
• Build, debug, and package shared Kotlin libraries using Kotlin Multiplatform to centralize business logic.
• Develop native presentation layers with Jetpack Compose (Android) and SwiftUI (iOS) and integrate them with shared components.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend teams to deliver unified features and consume RESTful APIs.
• Support efficient dependency and build‑management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in native Android development using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Coroutines/Flow.
• Proven experience with Kotlin Multiplatform, including building and debugging shared libraries.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
