About the role
Qualifacts is a leading provider of behavioral health software and SaaS solutions. The company is looking for a motivated intern to support its Linux system administration team in Lima. The internship is on‑site, full‑time, and lasts a minimum of six months.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage server and service alerts.
- Escalate alerts and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Execute maintenance tasks following established procedures.
- Create and update documentation for the area.
Required profile
- Graduated or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related technology field.
- Fluent in English at an intermediate level.
Required skills
- Linux system administration.
- Networking fundamentals.
- Docker containers.
- Git version control.
- Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure.
- Scripting with Bash and Python.
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
