Mobile QA Engineer – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Mobile QA Engineer to ensure high‑quality mobile experiences across iOS and Android platforms. You will act as a guardian of software excellence, applying advanced testing methodologies to deliver flawless native applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automated testing frameworks for mobile using tools such as Appium, Detox, or Patrol.
• Conduct cross‑platform regression testing to verify system stability after new feature releases.
• Execute functional and exploratory tests on real devices to uncover UX issues and edge cases.
• Perform mobile‑specific validation with iOS simulators and Android emulators to guarantee broad device compatibility.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze defect trends and provide feedback for performance optimization.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Mobile Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Proven expertise in mobile automation using Appium, Detox, or Patrol.
• Hands‑on experience with iOS simulators and Android emulators.
• Strong background in real‑device testing and cross‑platform regression.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
