People Enablement Coordinator

About the role

Paysafe is seeking a People Enablement Coordinator to join its People team in Lima, Peru. The role supports HR operations across LATAM and the global People Enablement team, delivering a high‑quality experience for candidates, employees and internal partners in a hybrid work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑class People operational service across multiple Paysafe locations in LATAM and globally.
• Act as primary point of contact for candidates, employees, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition partners and People leaders.
• Provide proactive problem‑solving for scheduling, technical issues with People systems, and related matters.
• Prepare offer letters and support onboarding, including new‑hire orientations.
• Respond to employee and manager queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain job requisitions and employee records in SuccessFactors.
• Perform data validation, generate and update Excel reports, and support ad‑hoc reporting requests.
• Audit reports, route invoices and coordinate with third‑party vendors and the accounting team.
• Provide administrative and project support to the LATAM People team and beyond.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Administer benefits enrollment, plan changes, and manage risk insurance and health plans across LATAM.

• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills.

Required skills

• SuccessFactors (HRIS) proficiency.
• Advanced Excel for data validation and reporting.
