About the role

Join PwC's External Audit Process Assurance team in Lima as a Financial Audit Intern. You will support clients in optimizing control activities, organizational strategy, and policies while gaining hands‑on experience with transaction testing and readiness assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct transaction testing and assist in readiness assessments for clients.
• Analyze and evaluate IT controls such as databases, operating systems, data warehouses, and reporting tools.
• Support the design, documentation, and operation of internal controls over financial reporting.
• Assist in research, analysis, and problem‑solving using various audit methodologies.
• Produce high‑quality work that complies with professional standards and PwC’s code of ethics.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university program related to accounting, finance, or a similar field.
• Strong curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to ask insightful questions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
