Product Sales Manager

About the role

ABB is looking for a Product Sales Manager to lead the motion product sales strategy in the Peruvian market. You will be responsible for driving market penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction while working within a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an effective sales strategy for motion products in Peru.
• Define, plan, and lead actions to meet qualitative and quantitative sales targets.
• Monitor performance, anticipate shortfalls, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify new opportunities with existing and potential customers and allocate resources for implementation.
• Plan and conduct customer surveys, acting on results to improve satisfaction.
• Participate in the negotiation of key contracts.

Required profile

• Degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in commercial, technical sales or related roles.
• Proven experience leading and coaching sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of low and medium voltage drives and electric motor portfolios.
• Fluent English communication skills.
