Recruiting Analyst – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its global staffing strategy. This remote position will work closely with recruiting, operations, and client services teams to identify and present top talent for a variety of technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for open positions across the company.
• Gather and verify detailed information about job profiles and assignment requirements.
• Partner with the recruiting department to source and evaluate candidates for multiple openings.
• Present qualified candidates to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to uncover additional talent opportunities within existing accounts.
• Recommend and implement improvements to staffing and recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability with extreme attention to detail.
• Effective prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Systems, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing or project management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Desirable: at least 1 year of direct recruitment experience.
