Regional Sales Manager – North Peru

About the role

Xiaomi is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead its commercial activities in the North region of Peru. You will be responsible for driving growth, expanding market presence, and managing a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the North Peru market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retail channels, clients, and stores.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to increase Xiaomi’s market share.
• Implement brand visibility initiatives to strengthen Xiaomi’s presence in the region.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of experience managing regional sales for a smartphone brand in North Peru.
• Strong data‑analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Deep understanding of the Northern Peru market and its consumer behavior.
• Established relationships with various smartphone distribution channels.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Passion for Xiaomi’s culture and values.
