Remote Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Outbound Sales Representative to join our virtual call‑center team. You will engage prospective and existing customers worldwide, presenting products and services that support direct‑response campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified prospects and existing customers.
• Present offers, qualify leads and generate new business opportunities.
• Follow up on warm leads, handle objections and upsell or cross‑sell where appropriate.
• Accurately record call outcomes and customer information in the designated CRM system.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside or outbound sales with measurable conversion results.
• Strong lead‑generation and prospecting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building trust with diverse customers.
• Previous experience in a call‑center, direct‑response or telemarketing environment is a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet, a quiet workspace and good time‑management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using call‑center software.
• Competence in basic computer applications (e.g., email, office suite).
