Sales Director – Financial Services

About the role

D Prime, a global online broker, is seeking a Sales Director to lead its sales and business development efforts in Peru. You will be responsible for expanding the client base, driving revenue growth, and shaping the market presence of our multi‑asset CFD platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a high‑value client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of Business Development Managers to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and execute forward‑looking sales strategies to increase market share.
• Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and improve lead conversion.
• Utilise analytics and data‑driven insights to optimise sales processes and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in financial services.
• Proven record of surpassing targets and building high‑performing teams.
• Strategic vision combined with hands‑on leadership abilities.
• Strong background in business development and client acquisition.
• Ability to use sales tools and data analysis for informed decision‑making.
