Salesforce System Administrator – Remote

About the role

As a Salesforce System Administrator you will ensure optimal performance and security of our Salesforce environment, acting as the primary point of contact for platform configuration, automation, and user management.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform to support evolving business needs and operational efficiency.
• Design and implement complex automation workflows using Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
• Manage user access and system security through profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Oversee data integrity, conduct regular audits and cleanup activities.
• Support and maintain system integrations to enable seamless data flow between Salesforce and external applications.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support to internal stakeholders to maximize user adoption.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in platform administration, configuration, and user management.
• Proficiency in building and managing Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
• Strong background in managing profiles, permissions, and data security.
• Hands‑on experience with data management and system integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
