Semi Senior Project Manager – Lima

About the role

Globant is looking for a Semi Senior Project Manager to join its Lima team. You will work with global clients, primarily in banking and financial services, to drive digital transformation and deliver AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen strategic client relationships.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to grow accounts.
• Plan and staff talent according to client needs.
• Monitor delivery, KPIs, client satisfaction and overall business performance.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks to ensure continuity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver operational excellence.

Required profile

• Fluent English (B2 – Upper Intermediate) and strong communication skills.
• At least 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive account growth.
• Experience with banking or financial‑services clients is highly desirable.
