Senior Amazon Account Manager

About the role

Our client, a specialist in eCommerce solutions, is looking for a Senior Amazon Account Manager to own and grow Amazon Seller Central accounts. You will be the strategic point of contact, driving performance, visibility, and sales across the Amazon marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day‑to‑day management and overall performance of assigned Amazon accounts.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as sales, profitability, conversion rate, traffic, organic ranking, TACoS, and account health.
• Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, variations, A+ Content).
• Develop and execute strategies to boost visibility, conversion, and organic growth.
• Oversee Amazon PPC campaigns, either directly or with specialists.
• Analyze Business Reports, Brand Analytics, and advertising data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Manage inventory levels, FBA performance, and restocking to avoid stockouts or excess.
• Address account health issues, policy violations, and listing suppressions proactively.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and marketplace initiatives.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative, PPC, operations, and marketing teams for alignment.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Proven track record of driving marketplace growth and sales.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and Amazon advertising.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon PPC and performance optimization.
• Solid knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization.
