Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement and maintain scalable, secure AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes environments for Coforge. The role is remote and serves clients across Peru, Colombia, Bolivia and Costa Rica.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain AWS services such as EKS, EC2, IAM, VPC, ALB/NLB, Route 53, S3, RDS/Aurora and CloudWatch.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, including deployments, services, ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets, HPA, Jobs/CronJobs, RBAC and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins to enable automated software delivery.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and contribute to cloud automation, observability and security.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or a related role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, IAM, VPC, ALB/NLB, Route 53, ACM, S3, RDS/Aurora, CloudWatch).
• Proven Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, Jenkins and Terraform.
• Solid Linux knowledge and scripting in Bash and Python.
• Advanced English proficiency.
