About the role
As Senior Director of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Competitive Pricing Strategy for Latin America, you will drive topline revenue growth and margin expansion across multiple markets. You will scale RGM solutions, lead executive communications, and translate data insights into actionable business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the RGM pricing and promotion strategy for the LATAM region.
- Scale RGM solutions across countries, ensuring alignment with strategic intent.
- Generate and present actionable insights from sales data, market trends, and shopper behavior.
- Produce comprehensive reports on pricing, promotions, share, and mix to influence decision‑making.
- Lead cross‑functional orchestration with marketing, category, franchise, and bottling teams.
- Communicate long‑term vision and performance metrics to senior leaders.
Required profile
- 15+ years of commercial experience with a focus on commercial strategy, RGM, and franchise leadership.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise systems from development through deployment.
- Strong strategic and systematic thinking with forward‑looking vision.
- Excellent data and analytical capabilities to lead big‑data initiatives.
- Demonstrated influence and communication skills at senior organizational levels.
