Senior Editor/Designer – Performance Creative & AI

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level editor and designer who can blend video editing, motion graphics, static design and AI‑generated content to produce high‑performing paid social creative. The role is fully remote and reports to the Art Director within our Digital Marketing / Performance Creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and art‑direct AI visuals and video for campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Google, using tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Gemini/Nano Banana, Sora, Flux, Kling, Arcads, ElevenLabs, etc.
• Build AI‑assisted UGC and synthetic talent assets, evaluating when to use generative versus real creator footage.
• Integrate generative and traditional workflows (generative fill, upscaling, restoration, relighting, lip‑sync, dubbing, AI voice‑over, automated captioning) while maintaining brand consistency.
• Edit performance‑focused video content, handling cutting, pacing, sound design, music selection, basic colour correction, captions, resizing and export for each platform’s specifications.
• Create motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, product call‑outs, end‑cards and GIFs to enhance static concepts.
• Develop prompt libraries, templates and repeatable AI workflows, and stay current with emerging creative tools.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion design and visual design for digital advertising.
• Proven track record of delivering AI‑generated creative for real clients or brands.
• Strong eye for detail, brand consistency and performance‑driven storytelling.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and collaborate with an Art Director.
