Senior Java Developer – Technology Lead

About the role

Infosys is seeking a senior Java professional to lead technology delivery for its Lima office. The role combines hands‑on development with architectural oversight and agile team leadership, supporting telecom‑focused solutions for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and maintenance of Java‑based applications using Spring Boot, RESTful services, JDBC and Hibernate.
• Conduct architecture and design reviews, ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational standards.
• Drive agile delivery processes, coordinate with multiple stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
• Provide production support, performance engineering and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams to align project objectives and timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, with at least 6 years focused on Java development.
• Proven experience (4 + years) in design and architecture review and leading agile teams.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience in telecom domain projects.
• Ability to work in diverse, multi‑stakeholder environments and deliver globally.
• Advanced level of English.
