About the role
Infosys is seeking a Senior Java Developer to act as a Technology Lead for its Lima delivery centre. The role involves driving technical excellence across Java‑based projects and supporting the telecom domain within a global delivery environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design and architecture reviews for Java applications.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from development to production support.
- Implement and maintain RESTful services using Spring Boot, JDBC, and Hibernate.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile setting.
- Ensure performance engineering and production stability.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, with at least 6 years focused on Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services, JDBC and Hibernate.
- At least 4 years of experience in design and architecture review.
- Proven lead experience in agile delivery models.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in the telecom domain and global delivery environments.
- Advanced English proficiency.
