Senior OTM Project Manager

About the role

Coforge is seeking a Senior OTM Project Manager to lead the delivery of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) initiatives across a global, remote workforce. The role combines deep expertise in transportation‑focused enterprise solutions with strong program‑management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of OTM projects and strategic transformation programs.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables and success criteria.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, reporting structures and executive communications.
• Manage geographically distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.
• Coordinate collaboration between business, technology, operations, Oracle partners and third‑party vendors.
• Facilitate steering‑committee meetings and executive‑level status reviews.
• Own project budgets, forecasts, cost‑optimization initiatives and financial reporting.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience managing enterprise‑scale projects and programs.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations is mandatory.
• Proven track record leading OTM deployment, upgrade, migration, integration or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of transportation, logistics, supply‑chain and freight‑management processes.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams of 20+ resources across multiple geographies.
• Advanced English communication skills and ability to manage executive stakeholders.
