Senior Recruiter – Engineering & Data Center (Peru)

About the role

We are seeking a Core Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for a leading data‑center consulting and engineering client across Peru and LATAM. You will partner with hiring managers to attract top‑tier engineering and project‑management professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Recruit for specialized roles such as Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, ICT Engineers, and Engineering Project Managers.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring needs and develop effective strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill engineering positions.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and recruitment recommendations.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets.
• Maintain accurate records in recruiting systems and tools.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or data‑center environments.
• Proven success sourcing and placing technical and specialized talent.
• Strong sourcing, talent‑mapping, and pipeline‑building capabilities.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical job requirements and industry terminology.
• Experience supporting recruitment initiatives across LATAM.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
