SEO & Paid Ads Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO & Paid Ads Specialist to own our search engine visibility and manage profitable advertising campaigns. The role is fully remote and focuses on generating leads, improving organic rankings, and optimizing paid media across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and technical SEO audits.
• Optimize website content, landing pages and on‑page SEO elements.
• Plan, launch and manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Monitor budgets, conversions, ROI and adjust bids and targeting.
• Create and test ad copy, audience segments and landing page variations.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and other reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities to increase lead generation and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering measurable SEO results.
• Strong track record managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Ability to analyze data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
