Social Media & Content Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media & Content Manager to shape the online presence of a personal‑injury law firm and its lead attorney. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating short‑form video and written content for a U.S. audience.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished Reels, TikToks, Shorts and feed videos.
• Write and adapt copy for different audiences, ensuring cultural relevance.
• Schedule and publish content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Manage both the firm’s official pages and the attorney’s personal accounts.
• Monitor comments and messages, providing light community engagement.
• Collaborate with the lead attorney to turn photos and updates into high‑performing posts.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of hands‑on social‑media management and video production for U.S. brands.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Self‑directed, able to identify technical risks and propose solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with short‑form video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva.
• Deep understanding of publishing dynamics on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
