Social Media Manager – Remote (Peru)

About the role

Benrey is seeking a creative, camera‑ready Social Media Manager to own and grow the social presence of a global brand in Peru. The role is fully remote and sits within a fast‑moving, highly regulated industry, offering the chance to shape content strategy from concept to on‑camera execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for the Peruvian market.
• Create, produce, and edit on‑camera and UGC content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors and internal creative teams to amplify reach.
• Monitor trends, formats, and community behavior to continuously optimise performance.
• Report on key metrics and adjust tactics to meet growth targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record of growing social media channels.
• Strong on‑camera presence and a robust content portfolio.
• Experience with UGC and influencer collaborations is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of social media trends, formats and community dynamics.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with design, motion and video editing tools.
