About the role

Golden Goose is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead its Lima boutique. Reporting to the Retail Regional Manager, you will be the driving force behind commercial performance, brand awareness, and an elevated customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance through KPI analysis and implement action plans with the Regional Manager.
• Guide the team to achieve targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction and brand standards.
• Lead up‑selling, cross‑selling, and co‑creation services to enhance the client experience.
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Develop the client database on the Golden App for effective segmentation and profiling.
• Drive omni‑channel sales using available tools and technology.
• Stay informed on market trends and suggest initiatives to improve sales.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with brand image.
• Recruit, develop, motivate, and empower the store team.
