Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are a fast‑growing international luxury cosmetics brand seeking a hands‑on Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator in Lima. The role blends inventory planning, order fulfillment, and day‑to‑day operational support, requiring strong analytical abilities and a proactive mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast inventory and demand for products, packaging, samples and components.
• Monitor stock levels, safety stock, lead times and trigger reorders.
• Maintain and update forecasting models and BOMs in Excel.
• Coordinate purchase orders, production schedules, shipments and vendor follow‑up.
• Manage EDI order processing, wholesale fulfillment and retailer compliance.
• Handle DTC order management, customer service queries and special‑order logistics.
• Track orders, resolve discrepancies, shortages or documentation issues.
• Produce operational trackers, sales‑inventory analysis and reporting.

Required profile

• Highly organized, analytical and resource‑ful.
• Ownership‑driven, able to identify problems and improve processes.
• Comfortable learning new systems and working with large data sets.
• Mid‑level experience in supply‑chain, inventory or logistics coordination.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Experience with EDI order processing.
