About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Tech Recruiter to join its fully remote, globally distributed team. You will partner with engineering and product groups to source, assess, and place top‑tier technical talent for a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technology positions, ensuring timely fulfillment of openings.
• Screen, filter, and evaluate candidates against defined technical criteria.
• Craft concise candidate summaries and edit resumes to highlight relevant experience.
• Coordinate communication between candidates, internal hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, adaptable environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
