Telesales Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to drive sales through outbound and inbound phone calls. The role is fully remote, allowing you to engage with prospective and existing customers from anywhere while delivering excellent service and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote products or services to prospective and existing customers.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and convert interested prospects into customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Present product benefits clearly and handle objections professionally.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to increase conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, outbound or inside sales.
• Proven ability to close sales over the phone and handle objections.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
• Professional, proactive, persistent attitude.
• English proficiency required for selling to English‑speaking customers.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems and phone/email digital tools.
