Virtual Assistant to CEO – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support our CEO. This fully remote position serves a fast‑growing company focused on creating career opportunities for women across Latin America. You will handle high‑impact administrative and operational tasks while working from anywhere in the listed countries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Coordinate projects and facilitate internal communication across teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in any field.
• Experience working closely with senior leaders.
• Fluent English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
• At least one role held for 2 + years.
• Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for AI tools.
