Appointment Setter – Remote (English-speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to engage English‑speaking prospects, qualify leads and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team. The role is fully remote and focuses on generating high‑quality appointments through outbound outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via phone, email, social media and other channels.
• Introduce the company’s products or services in a professional, engaging manner.
• Qualify leads by uncovering needs, interest and fit.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, consultations or demos for sales representatives.
• Maintain follow‑up with prospects to minimise no‑shows.
• Record all interactions, prospect data and activities in the CRM.
• Manage calendars and coordinate appointment times between prospects and sales staff.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly appointment‑setting targets.
• Provide feedback on prospect objections and common needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales or lead generation.
• Proven ability to make outbound calls and communicate with prospects.
• Strong track record of meeting performance targets.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home‑office setup.
• Professional, proactive and results‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent English for communication with English‑speaking prospects.
