Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal (California Litigation)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual paralegal with personal injury experience to support our attorneys throughout the litigation phase. The role focuses on preparing discovery responses and managing case documentation under California law.

Key responsibilities

• Draft discovery responses in compliance with the California Code of Civil Procedure.
• Assist attorneys across the full lifecycle of personal injury cases.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal briefs.
• Manage court dates, schedules, and procedural deadlines.
• Review, organize, and analyze legal documentation and discovery materials.
• Maintain up‑to‑date case files using Filevine.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in U.S. personal injury cases.
• Proven experience drafting discovery responses under California law.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. litigation procedures and deadline management.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or C1).

Required skills

• Filevine case management software.
