About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent with sales experience to join our remote team in Peru. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, conducting eligibility evaluations for Social Security Disability benefits and guiding them toward the next steps of the intake process.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to leads uploaded into the system.
- Conduct telephone evaluations using structured qualifying questions.
- Gather essential information about medical conditions and work history.
- Determine potential eligibility for Social Security Disability programs.
- Address objections, build trust, and perform warm transfers to Intake Specialists when appropriate.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of direct outbound/inbound call‑center experience.
- At least 2 years of telephone sales experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
Required skills
- Proficiency with macOS (version 13.0 or later) or Windows (Windows 11 or later).
