Early Years Teacher – Bilingual Classroom

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join Colegio Peruano Británico, part of Nord Anglia Education, for the 2026 school year in Lima. The role focuses on delivering bilingual, child‑centered learning that sparks curiosity and supports holistic development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging Early Years lessons aligned with the bilingual curriculum.
• Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued.
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development through age‑appropriate activities.
• Monitor, assess and report on student progress, maintaining regular communication with families.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary projects and share best practices.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies suitable for young learners.

Required profile

• Degree in Education, preferably Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum three years of teaching experience in Early Years, ideally in bilingual or international settings.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and age‑appropriate pedagogical approaches.
• Native‑level English proficiency (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational abilities.
• Commitment to innovative, child‑centered learning.
