Ecommerce Operations Manager – Supply Chain & Shopify

About the role

TopFoxx is a fast‑growing women‑owned DTC sunglasses and accessories brand looking for a remote Ecommerce Operations Manager. You will own vendor operations, the global supply chain, and the technical infrastructure that powers our Shopify store.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Chinese suppliers, factories, and production partners; source and onboard new vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, refunds, and cost reductions; draft contracts based on country of origin.
• Own the end‑to‑end supply chain from production through fulfillment, forecasting inventory needs and ensuring stock arrives ahead of demand.
• Oversee supplier shipments and fulfillment‑center logistics to guarantee accurate and fast order flow.
• Maintain and optimize Shopify backend systems, integrations, APIs, and ecommerce tools.
• Design and implement automation workflows, SOPs, documentation, and operational systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
