Email Designer

About the role

Willow, a telehealth company focused on personalized cosmetic weight‑loss care, is seeking an Email Designer to blend strong visual design with hands‑on email execution. Reporting to the Creative Director and partnering with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will create, build, and test on‑brand email campaigns and automated journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Design conversion‑focused emails for campaigns and lifecycle journeys (welcome, onboarding, retention, win‑back, upsell).
• Maintain visual consistency while evolving the brand’s email system.
• Build emails directly in platforms such as Customer.io, Klaviyo, or similar, using templates and modules.
• Test emails across devices and inboxes to ensure responsiveness and functionality.
• Collaborate with copywriters, growth, and brand teams to align messaging and visuals.
• Support template and design‑system maintenance and iterate designs based on performance insights.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of graphic design experience with a focus on email marketing.
• Experience with DTC or e‑commerce brands is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience building emails in platforms like Customer.io, Klaviyo, or similar.
• Strong visual design sense for layout, typography, and hierarchy.
