Full Stack Developer – MERN Stack (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Full‑Stack Developer to join a digital marketing agency that serves painting business owners. The role focuses on building high‑performance, scalable web applications using the MERN stack while collaborating with designers and product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client‑side and server‑side applications with React.js and Node.js.
• Design, implement, and document RESTful APIs and micro‑services.
• Translate UI/UX mockups into responsive, interactive front‑end components.
• Manage MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Optimize application performance, cross‑browser compatibility, and scalability.
• Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth, JWT, or similar technologies.
• Write clean, maintainable code and follow best‑practice coding standards.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript; TypeScript preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with Express.js, NestJS or Koa.
• Solid knowledge of React, Redux, HTML5, CSS3/SASS.
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Understanding of API design, web security, and state management.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is advantageous.
• Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and teamwork skills.
