Golang Technical Leader (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Golang Technical Leader to design and develop high‑scale distributed systems. This fully remote position focuses on building reliable, high‑performance backend services that power mission‑critical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of distributed, high‑scale backend services.
• Architect solutions for concurrency, caching, failover, latency, and partial‑failure scenarios.
• Define service architecture and guide technical decisions across the engineering team.
• Implement and maintain observability (logging, metrics, tracing) across distributed systems.
• Mentor engineers and establish best practices for Go development.
• Drive technical excellence throughout the system lifecycle.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Go, especially for distributed systems and high‑scale backend development.
• Deep understanding of concurrency, caching, failover, latency, and partial‑failure design.
• Hands‑on experience with Redis.
• Experience building gRPC and REST services.
