Growth Marketing Manager – DTC Ecommerce

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition for a fast‑growing DTC pet products company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the end‑to‑end acquisition strategy across multiple paid channels and drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid media campaigns, prioritising Meta and Google Ads while expanding into TikTok, Amazon, Walmart and Chewy.
• Design, launch and iterate data‑driven campaigns with clear KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, LTV and CVR.
• Set up and optimise email marketing flows (e.g., Klaviyo) to capture non‑converters and re‑engage traffic.
• Monitor performance daily, weekly and monthly, extract actionable insights and continuously test ads, targeting, creatives, funnels, landing pages and offers.
• Partner with external agencies, hold them accountable for results, and collaborate with creative, product and retention teams.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of hands‑on PPC experience (Meta & Google required; TikTok/Amazon a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with spreadsheets and dashboards to make data‑based decisions.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS and lowering CAC through structured testing.
• Experience managing email flows (Klaviyo or similar) within an acquisition funnel.
• Background in DTC/e‑commerce, preferably subscription or pet‑brand environments.
