HR Service Agent – Global HR Service Desk

About the role

Join Vanderlande’s Global HR Service Desk as an HR Service Agent, supporting employees in LATAM countries (Chile, Argentina, Panama, and Peru). You will be the first point of contact for HR‑related queries, helping users navigate policies, processes, and self‑service tools while ensuring a smooth employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle first‑line HR inquiries on policies, processes, and systems for LATAM employees.
• Execute basic HR transactions such as onboarding, employee data updates, payroll inputs, and terminations.
• Assist managers and employees with self‑service platforms and provide clear guidance on required documentation.
• Maintain accurate, audit‑ready employee records and employment contracts.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, including equipment provisioning and welcome materials.
• Support termination administration and final‑settlement requests.
• Document processes, update knowledge bases, and identify improvement opportunities.

• Ability to work collaboratively across countries while respecting local requirements.
