IT Recruiter – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join its fully remote talent acquisition team. You will act as a bridge between client services, sales, and the broader recruiting function, ensuring that pre‑vetted technical candidates are matched quickly and efficiently to business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and prioritize the existing pool of pre‑vetted IT candidates.
• Screen, select, and prepare candidates for client presentation.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process from the client side.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Sales, and Talent Acquisition to fill open positions on time.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and team‑oriented.
