Missions principales
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of key accounts to maximize KPIs and partner profitability.
- Identify, develop, and maintain high-level relationships with major clients to understand their strategic objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to design and execute tailored growth plans.
- Lead complex negotiations and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Resolve high-level conflicts and issues, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze performance through data-driven insights to provide continuous strategic follow-ups.

- Proven experience in account management, business development, or strategic consulting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Problem-solving expert with a proactive approach to client satisfaction and conflict resolution.
