Legal Assistant – Corporate Governance & Contracts

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Lima office and support Paysafe’s fast‑growing payments business. The role combines corporate governance, contract administration and day‑to‑day legal support in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare draft corporate resolutions, manage entity records and ensure accurate upload to internal systems.
• Draft, review and maintain standard legal contracts, amendments, schedules and related correspondence.
• Assist internal stakeholders and external counsel in negotiating and revising agreements.
• Maintain legal templates, contract repositories and document‑management tools.
• Monitor administrative or judicial requirements from authorities, prepare reports and ensure timely responses.
• Collaborate with compliance, finance, risk, operations and HR teams to provide legal support.
• Liaise with outside counsel and agents as needed.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the legal department.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a legal assistant or in a comparable corporate legal role.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and contract lifecycle management.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a high‑growth, unstructured environment.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external counsel.

Required skills
