M&A Collaboration & Security Platforms Engineer

About the role

Payward is seeking a specialist to own and integrate collaboration and security platforms across its growing portfolio of brands. The role focuses on M&A integration, ensuring that each newly acquired company's productivity tools are securely migrated and consolidated into Payward’s unified environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end migration of Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, mailboxes and related configurations for each acquisition.
• Assess acquired collaboration stacks during diligence, identify security and compliance gaps, and design consolidation plans.
• Rationalize overlapping tools, decide on migrations, sunsets, or retention, and execute the chosen strategy.
• Develop repeatable playbooks, tooling and automation to accelerate future integrations.
• Own architecture, governance, licensing and day‑to‑day operations of Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom at multi‑entity scale.
• Build and maintain integrations with identity and security solutions such as Okta, Global Relay, eDiscovery and archiving platforms.
• Define cross‑brand governance standards and automate secure onboarding/offboarding processes.

Required profile

• Strong experience managing enterprise‑scale collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
• Proven track record of leading complex M&A integration projects.
• Deep understanding of security, compliance and identity management in a multi‑entity environment.
• Excellent coordination skills across Legal, Compliance, IT, Security and Corporate Development.
